We provide roadside assistance and towing services in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, including but not limited to:

• Local and long-distance towing
• Jump start services for dead batteries
• Vehicle lockout assistance
• Fuel delivery
• Flat tire changes
• Winching and vehicle recovery
• Electric vehicle charging assistance

Service Requests

When you request our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the nature of your roadside emergency. Providing false or misleading information may result in delays or inability to provide service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on distance, time of service, vehicle type, and complexity of the job. You will be informed of estimated costs before service begins when possible.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to handle your vehicle with care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We carry appropriate insurance coverage for towing and roadside assistance operations.

Vehicle Authorization

By requesting towing or roadside assistance, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to request such services. We may require proof of ownership or authorization before providing services.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible. If our technician has already been dispatched to your location, a service fee may apply to cover travel costs.

Safety Requirements

For your safety and the safety of our technicians, please follow all safety instructions provided. Stay in a safe location away from traffic while waiting for assistance. Our technicians have the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
